Many Whatsapp users found a bug where the in app Whatsapp camera zoomed in already. Even if the user tries to zoom out, the function won’t work. As of right now, the problem only exists in the beta version of the app. So, if you are using the more stable regular version, it should not be an issue. However, the problem can also be found in version 2.21.13.28.
To see if you are in the beta Program of WhatsApp, open Playstore and you will see a massage in the app info as shown above.
To check your app version, go to Settings>Apps and Notifications>WhatsApp and at the bottom you should find the information you are looking for.
WhatsApp Camera Zoomed in – Possible Solutions:
Since the problem is a bug in the app itself, all we can do is sit and wait for the bugfix in the next version of the app. However, there are few solutions that might work. The solutions are-
- Uninstall and re-install the App,
- Opt-out of the beta program, then re-install the app,
- Delete the Whatsapp Cache folder from file manager,
- Download older version of the app from an alternative source such as ApkMirror
However, The solution we recommend is use the phone camera for now until the issue is resolved.

এখন পর্যন্ত যা বোঝা যাচ্ছে তা হল এই সমস্যাটি শুধু হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বেটা ভার্সন এবং 2.21.13.28. ভার্সন এ দেখা যাচ্ছে। তাই আপনার ফোনে যদি কোন স্টেবল ভার্সন থাকে তবে আপনার এই সমস্যা হবেনা।

সম্ভাব্য সমাধানঃ
১। হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ uninstall ও re-install করুন
২। যদি আপনি বেটা ভার্সন ব্যাবহার করেন, তাহলে বেটা প্রোগ্রাম থেকে বের হয়ে পুনরায় হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ ইন্সটল করুন।
৩। হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ কেশ ফোল্ডার মুছে ফেলুন।
৪। ApkMirror থেকে পুরনো কোন ভার্শন ইন্সটল করুন।
তবে সবচেয়ে ভাল সমাধান হল হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ ক্যামেরা ব্যাবহার না করে ফোনের ক্যামেরা ব্যাবহার করা যতদিন এই বাগটি ঠিক না হচ্ছে।
